Antique print, titled: ”Koopen bij den Middenstand brengt Welvaart in Stad en Land.” – (”Buying from retail brings prosperity to town and country”). This poster was, given the prominent dates 1898 and 1938, probably published at the event of Queen Wilhelmina”s 50-year reign. The poster features an orange banner with the text over diagonal bands in the colours of the Dutch national flag. We have not been able to determine the artist who designed this poster.Artists and Engravers: Anonymous. Condition: Good, given age. Attached to a carrier bvy the top and lower edges.
