Front Bash Plate - Nissan Patrol Y60 GQ & Ford Maverick & Nissan Patrol Y61 GU This is the bash plate that protects the front steering arm. These arms can be damaged from rocks and having a bash guard helps protect this from happening. This bash plate bolts up underneath the front of your vehicle, protecting your radiator, steering components, and engine sump from the sort of damage that can end your trip in a hurry. A guard comes factory on both GQ and GU to help protect this arm, but they are weak and this 4mm thick steel plate has been developed to replace the weak factory unit.This bolts into the original holes on the chassis and replaces the plastic splash guards at the front of the chassis rails.This is Zinc plated and then powder coated black and comes with Patrolapart written on it.Made locally in Australia and Built Tough.*NOTE - These do not suit the TB48 and the TD42TI Engines with the skinny, tall radiator.
