First introduced to the market in the 1970s we’re still one of the country’s leading Red Rind Muenster producers. Muenster is a semi-soft cheese and ours is made from fresh whole milk produced by our 250 patron farm families. It has a mild taste and firm texture, which makes it especially delicious as a sliced cheese for snacking or on a sandwich. But don’t stop there try your Muenster in these creative ways – Muenster melts like a dream. Grilled cheese, anyone? – Since it’s such a beautiful melter, it’s a natural for pizzas and pasta dishes, too.
