An attractive, detailed and rare early 18th Century map of Essex which was originally produced by Robert Morden and published in The New Description and State of England (London: 1701-1704). This is an original copperplate engraving with later hand colour. Printed area is approximately 20.5cms by 17.3cms. The map is in very good condition with decent margins.
